01. What the sources establish
- Korea’s National Research Council of Science and Technology (NST) posted two K-Moonshot policy research calls on 6 November. One seeks a study on program performance management and evaluation. The other concerns research planning for the semiconductor mission.
- The notices list 16 November as the application deadline for both calls. Each includes a request for proposals and a research plan template in HWPX format.
02. Our interpretation and proposed approach
The calls solicit research on evaluation and follow-on planning. Subsequent publications may show which proposals NST selected, what evaluation criteria it adopts and how semiconductor research proceeds. A document workflow can preserve each attachment’s title and link the posting and deadline dates to the original notice.
